The price applicable is set on the date you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. Card information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored. Please note that local taxes, customs, and duties may occur. All hair extensions are final sale, exchange only on unopened hair.

By placing an order or services at  Revivify Beauty Salon & Spa, LLC, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents’ permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at  Revivify Beauty Salon & Spa, LLC for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.

The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information on our catalog to you. Payment

All products remain the property of Revivify Beauty Salon & Spa, LLC until full payment is made. The price applicable is set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents’ permission to buy from  Revivify Beauty Salon & Spa, LLC. All transfers conducted through  Revivify Beauty Salon & Spa, LLC are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

In using this website you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions: The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We” and “Us”, refers to our Company,  Revivify Beauty Salon & Spa, LLC. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing English Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

Return & Exchange Policy:

ALL HAIR EXTENSIONS ARE FINAL SALE, EXCHANGE ONLY ON NON OPENED OR USED PRODUCTS. All  Revivify Beauty Salon & Spa, LLC will gladly accept any exchanges within the 7-day purchase, provided the item has not been used or opened. All exchanges are required to meet the return standards. Exchange requests must be made within the 7 days of delivery. Please note there is a 30% restocking fee for refunded orders. There is no restocking fee for exchanges.  All exchanges are subject to an exchange processing fee of $40.00 which covers the shipping costs to both return and ship the exchange, administrative, packaging, and processing fees.

  • All items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • All hair care items are final sale.

  • 7-day return policy begins from the day your order is delivered.

  • Revivify Beauty Salon & Spa, LLC assumes no responsibility for merchandise damaged or lost by the carrier handling the returned merchandise.

  • You will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs.

  • Allow up to 2-3 weeks for the credit to be issued.

  • This Company does not exclude liability for any damage caused due to improper installation. After the sale, we are not liable for any defects, damages, or misuse of products.  Revivify Beauty Salon & Spa, LLC will not be held responsible for any damages caused to the client’s hair during and/or after the hair extension application process. All stylists and consumers agree to use  Revivify Beauty Salon & Spa, LLC products at their own risk.  Revivify Beauty Salon & Spa, LLC will not be held liable for any costs associated with the installation or removal of the product, with no exceptions.

ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE
We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removed, or edited any materials or content on this Site, refusing to process a transaction or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.  Furthermore, you agree that we may use Personal Information provided by you in order to conduct fraud checks. Personal information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information to use for future disputes. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the Terms of Use.

PAYMENT
All major Credit and Debit Cards and PayPal are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are payment in full prior to shipment of any products. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full.

Lace Frontal or Closure Installation
Release of Liability/ liability waiver– We are not responsible for what may or could happen to your natural hair due to lack of maintenance once you leave the salon, effective immediately.

  1. This Release shall be binding upon the parties and their respective heirs, administrators, personal representatives, executors, and successors and assignees. This Release constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any and all prior oral or online terms and conditions or understandings between the parties concerning the subject matter of this Release. The terms of this Release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington.

Exclusions and Limitations
The information on this website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company: Excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents or which is or may be provided by any affiliates or any other third party, including in relation to any inaccuracies or omissions in this website and/or the Company’s literature; and excludes all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website. This includes, without limitation, direct loss, loss of business or profits (whether or not the loss of such profits was foreseeable, arose in the normal course of things or you have advised this Company of the possibility of such potential loss), damage caused to your computer, computer software, systems, and programs and the data thereon or any other direct or indirect, consequential and incidental damages.

Purchase of goods

If you paid for goods whether its paid in full or partial payment and do not retrieve your hair within a 90-day window, then you forfeit the goods without a refund. Your goods when then be auctioned off, we can not sit around and hold goods as we can not return it to our manufacturer.

DELIVERY OF ITEMS

It may take 2-4 business days to process your order. Custom orders take 2-4 weeks to prepare and ship.  Revivify Beauty Salon & Spa, LLC does not take responsibility for products that are lost or stolen after they have shipped with proper tracking.  We are not responsible after we have shipped any items. Please contact the carrier for any lost packages. We are not responsible for the postal carriers.

DUTIES AND TAXES
All prices indicated on this website do not reflect any or all of the international duties, taxes, or other customs charges that the package may encounter when it arrives in its final destination.

COLORS
It is advised that you use a color ring to select your colors. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be exactly the same as the color of the hair.

Log Files
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. Additionally, for systems administration, detecting usage patterns, and troubleshooting purposes, our web servers automatically log standard access information including browser type, access times/open mail, URL requested, and referral URL. Any individually identifiable information related to this data will never be used in any way different to that stated above without your explicit permission.

At the event of when a product is sold out,  Revivify Beauty Salon & Spa, LLC has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way.  Revivify Beauty Salon & Spa, LLC shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.

Photo’s

We do take photos of every hairstyle and use it for advertising purposes for our salon Revivify Beauty Salon & Spa, LLC , If you don’t want a photo of your hairstyle taken simply just say so at the time of your appointment and we will respect that. For photos that have been taken if you wish for us not to use your photo for advertising please send us an email [email protected] otherwise we use all photos of hairstyles we take.

Services

We do reserve the right to refuse services at any time. If you purchased hair and we refuse your service, then you will only receive your purchased hair with no install and your deposit will be issued back to the card you used for booking…
